The Qualchem adventure started as Qualchem Polymer Inc. in 2007 in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
By adopting the principle of "Trust First, Quality first", in 2017 Qualchem joined forces with Ziylan Taban, one of the leading companies in the shoe sole industry, to establish the foundations of Qualchem Foreign Trade Inc. With the aim of expanding their product range and reaching a wider customer base. They entered the industry with the Z&Q Polymer brand.
Z&Q Polymer provides supply and quality guaranteed raw materials, semi-finished goods and rubber compounds to companies in industries such as conveyor belts, tyre retreading, automative spare parts, and similar sectors. Additionally, we serve as the Turkish distributor for world-renowned brands in a broad product range including synthehic and natural rubber and rubber chemicals.
In 2018, the planned final product projects were initiated and in 2019 they came to life under the formation of Z&Q TYRES. Z&Q MONTANA, Z&Q WARRIOR and Z&Q WOLF brands exist under the umbrella of Z&Q TYRES. Z&Q WOLF has become a supplier of all products needed in both hot and cold retreading. By combining its manufacturing know-how and professional sales experience, it reached its market share targets in 2021.
In the PCT (Pre Cured Tread) product line, there are three different quality segments, over 100 width and 25 various pattern intersections. In addition, we produce auxiliary side materials such as cushion gum, cement, and extruder rope. We represent international brands in commercial materials. In the Mould Cure (Hot Retread Compound) production process, we formulate and introduce goods to the market based on quality and technical values requested by customers.
The other brand under the Z&Q TYRES umbrella, Z&Q WARRIOR will specialize in solid tyre production.
